Your Horse's Attitude Predetermines His Performance

Christmas For the Horses - A Traditional Celebration in Boston Many Years Ago

There are probably not many people still alive today in Boston and environs in 1916, with the celebration of Christmas for the horses. Perhaps this is a story that the family was told to you by grandparents or great-grandparents.

Mr George A Thorndike Angell, in the1860 was a lawyer, humanitarian assistance and the founder of the Massachusetts Society for the Prevention of cruelty to animals, felt the need to do something about the people, especially children, the nature , animals. Hobo the Pony Lives to 45 Years Old - Read His Story

unsuspecting My family wanted an older pony. You know, to teach us how to drive. In their search, they came to a man with two Shetland Islands running loose on his land. If it is called, they learned that "Jerry" and "Hobo" was his children's ponies. They were on the pasture, where the children were too big to ride it, and he was finally ready, after a great deal to this old pony a good home.

But these were not in those days. parents were, at least for us, very relaxed and knew that we survive - and we have. Hobo was much wilder than Jerry. Feeding a Healthy Horse Feed Diet
